The Cammack Marshall Fund for Children provides grants to meet the special needs of children and youth in Ramsey County. The source of the funds: generous donations from people who believe in and support the important work we do. All contributions are 100% tax deductible.

And we’re proud to say that 99 cents of every dollar donated to the Cammack Marshall fund goes directly to the children.

Who we serve
The Cammack Marshall Fund serves children in Ramsey County who are Minnesota state wards. Because the state has terminated parental rights of their birth parents, most of these children live with foster families. Many were abused emotionally, physically or sexually. Some have learning or physical disabilities that rob them of their confidence, self-esteem and happiness.

Public funds cover basic needs — food, clothing and shelter.
But there isn’t enough for special classes, training or those unique childhood-enriching experiences that are a rite of passage. The events that create good memories, enhance self-esteem and build confidence. That’s where the Cammack Marshall Fund comes in.

How we serve
The Fund provides money to cover special training, classes and experiences that can enhance a child’s quality of life. Special recognition for good grades. A glove and uniform to play softball. Driver’s ed classes and behind-the-wheel training. A week at summer camp. Orthodontic care. Even surgery to fix a cleft palate. By meeting the special needs of these kids, the Fund helps to sow seeds of hope, build confidence, restore battered self-esteem and enrich their young lives in countless ways.
